You may be wondering, where do music therapists work? A music therapist has a lot of options when it comes to choosing a place to work.
Personally, I’ve provided services in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, private residences, and currently, a children’s hospital. Many music therapists work in private practice, so they can pick and choose where they provide services.
In fact, that’s one of the best parts about being a music therapist – having so many options when it comes to employment settings.
