It’s no secret that those in “helping professions” sometimes neglect their own needs. Sometimes we do sessions about relaxation and self-care, but do we always live up to what we preach? So we had a few problems with the forum today. Thanks to Ginny for pointing that out. We made an assessment, implemented an intervention, and now the forum is up and running. Let me know if there are any more issues. Thanks!
